HotelQuickly (HQ) is Asia’s #1 mobile app for last-minute hotel booking. The app offers users a streamlined, swift and elegant tool for booking on the go, with room rates lower than anywhere online. Founded by an experienced team of serial entrepreneurs and investors, the company launched in March 2013. Today, HotelQuickly’s booking network extends to 16 Asia-Pacific countries and over 300 destinations across the region.
What You’ll Do:
- Be proactive in handling all office administrative tasks
- Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed
- Managing of the office maid
- Assist in organise office and offsite parties.
- Handling and submission of withholding tax, social security, etc.
- Take care of contact building management for all matter
- Assists in planning and arranging events, including organising catering
- Handling of the in and out of all post office and DHL
- Book flights and arrange itineraries for C-Levels, as well as respond to ad hoc requests.
- Come up with office innovations to make the office a more comfortable place, as well as enable us to have startup-speed growth
- Handling the admin tasks related to securing work permits, visas, and BOI approvals, as well as 90 day reporting.
- Any secretarial and administrative work for C-levels
What We Are Looking For In You:
- Thai national
- Cheerful, approachable, and funny personality.
- Able to seamlessly work in both Thai and International environments. Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
- Skilled with computers (we are a tech startup and we use the latest technologies).
