Customer Service Agent (Spanish Speaker)

What you’ll do:

  • Check & reconfirm every hotel booking via our booking system and resolve failure booking;
  • Respond communications via email and phone call regarding inquiries from customer and hoteliers;
  • Handle and solve customer complaints;
  • Coordinate with IT (new features to be implemented to improve customer service, align on issues/bugs reported by customer service team, etc;
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaint;
  • Coordinate with other departments (Country managers, Marketing department);
  • Ad hoc projects as needed

What we are looking for in you:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any fields (New Graduates are also welcomed)
  • Flexible to work in shifts.
  • Good command of English
  • Knowledge of Spanish language is mandatory.
  • Positive attitude and Service mind 
  • A typing speed above 40 WPM
  • Proactive person with good knowledge of computer and mobile applications
  • Background in service or travel business will be considered as an advantage
